Personal Resilience with Christine Conroy

Christine is a retired osteopath who, during her career, developed a particular interest in how the body and mind are interconnected, why different people react differently, both mentally and physically, to personal injury and challenging life events, and that it is possible to return to equilibrium fairly quickly no matter what is going on in life.

In this workshop we discover what personal resilience really is and go through a few fun exercises that can help us to realise that it is possible to deal with whatever is happening within and around us at any time without drama or trauma.

There will a be a Q&A at the end to clarify and discuss.

Christine is the author of the book “When Feelings Hurt” which is available on her website christineconroy.org
