How to Look After Your Body with Christine Conroy

Christine is a retired osteopath who, during her career, developed a particular interest in how the body and mind are interconnected, why different people react differently, both mentally and physically, to personal injury and challenging life events, and that it is possible to return to equilibrium fairly quickly no matter what is going on in life.

At Summer Gathering 2021 Christine gave a workshop entitled Personal Resilience: discover what personal resilience really is and go through a few fun exercises that can help us to realise that it is possible to deal with whatever is happening within and around us at any time without drama or trauma.

In 2024 Christine will be leading a session on How to Look After Your Back and Body.
