Summer Gathering is our main event of the year, held at Crabapple Community, one of the oldest housing co-ops in the UK. There are full days of activities along with great bands each night on the Green Dragon Solar Stage. We run The Baker’s Arms café bar and offer fully catered tickets. Details of the fully catered option Here.
You can arrive from Thursday midday and the The Baker’s Arms is open Thursday night with music and pizza. There are a few informal crafting and baking sessions in the afternoons on Thursday and Friday.
The Gathering Introduction is at Friday 8pm with live music and a bar. It would be great if you could make it to this session and our Friday Night Dance. It’s a chance to meet everyone in a relaxed environment and unwind ready for the focused workshops.
Saturday workshops start at 9am with a few early morning baking and yoga sessions before this. They finish at 5.30pm with a quiz from 7.30pm, live music from 9, a bar until midnight and a communal fire and acoustic music til 1am.
The workshops on Sunday start at 9am and finish at 5.30pm with wood-fired pizza from 6pm, a bar and music on Sunday evening. You are welcome to stay until midday Monday.
Workshops are first-come, first-served, with the workshop provider setting the numbers they are comfortable with. We do not offer pre-booked workshops and everything is included in the ticket price. A detailed Timetable will be available before the event. This is inevitably subject to change and an updated timetable will be kept on the chalk board outside the Café. There is lots to do!
