Saturdays session will be on the dynamic side of yoga while Sunday will be a slower paced offering.
Wear clothes you can move and stretch in, bring some water, a playful heart and yoga mat if you have one.

Flip Your Dog For Mental Health is a charitable initiative raising funds and delivering support for mental health and wellbeing services for people in need. They connect Yoga teachers with classes, with all the profits going to selected Mental Health Charities.
