Raku pottery is used in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies. It is something we can do over the weekend and get startling results. On Friday you can mold your own pots, on Saturday you can glaze those pots or use ones provided, on Sunday these pots will be fired and the beautifully cracked glaze revealed. Here are some pictures from previous events.
Julian will also be running a Woodburner workshop and demonstrating his wood-burning ovens.
